CapTel uses voice recognition technology to display verbatim captions of the conversation of the telephone’s screen, allowing you to hear and read everything the person on the other line says to you!
24-hour-a-day service is offered at no cost to users.
Users are responsible for their own long distance charges
Spanish Captioning is available for Spanish-to-Spanish calls.
Hours are 8 am to 12 midnight Eastern Time, every day.
